Rachel is a Registered Psychotherapist and holds a Master of Arts in Counselling
Psychology from Yorkville University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology
from Wilfrid Laurier University. Approaching individuals with compassion, a non-judgmental
demeanor, and employing a personalized strategy attuned to their specific individuality or
distinct relationships, Rachel establishes a warm and inviting space. Individuals are encouraged
to openly express their thoughts and emotions, initiating a path towards healing and
empowerment. Whether assistance is sought for managing anxiety, depression, stress,
navigating self-discovery, addressing daily challenges, or enhancing relationships, Rachel is
